This project consisted of various renovations of an existing and occupied Ferman BMW Sales and Administration center. There was approximately 18,000 SF of interior renovations at the Sales Center, Retail Parts in the Service Center and select exterior façade renovation at the Sales Center.
The interior work included new ceilings, flooring, wall finishes, casework, updates to the fire sprinkler system as required, new plumbing fixtures, HVAC diffusers, light fixtures and electrical work. And the exterior work included new stucco in place of existing ACM, new storefront and clinker tile at the service drive, repainting the Showroom, and new exterior building lighting.
